Schools and Wireless
Introduction
The science is clear that there are harmful biological effects of using wireless technology. Schools can take positive steps and implement policies that protect children. Wired technology is fast, safe and secure. Children can learn to make safer choices about their technology use, such as keeping laptops on tables or desktops and by using airplane mode and wired connections. Adapters are available for tablets. There are some videos in our Get Wired Section that may be helpful. Many resources are listed on this page.
